We built VisaSmaRT for RoundTrip, a Chennai travel agency that wanted a dedicated visa presence on its own domain. Travelers browse country-specific pages, request document checklists, and submit inquiries. Leads route to executives instantly, checklists arrive on WhatsApp automatically, and the visa team manages every country page from a backend admin panel.

The challenge

RoundTrip wanted a dedicated visa presence separate from their main tour-booking site. Travelers needed a clear place to learn about visa requirements for each country, see pricing, request document checklists, and get in touch with a visa executive. The agency needed to capture those leads, respond quickly, and keep country content up to date without relying on developers.

The existing travel website could not carry this experience without diluting the core booking funnel. RoundTrip needed its own visa domain, automated WhatsApp follow-up, and a way for the visa team to add and edit country pages on their own.

How we approached it

Sit With The Visa Team
We visited RoundTrip's office and spoke with the visa staff to understand how they handle inquiries today, what travelers ask for most, and what the team needed to manage content and respond to leads faster.

Build The Pages And Automation
We designed country landing pages and wired up lead capture, WhatsApp checklist delivery, and executive notifications. The admin panel was built so the team could add countries and update content on their own.

Launch And Hand Over The Admin
We deployed on visasmart.in, connected the admin panel to the live site, and trained the visa team to manage country pages, checklists, and lead flows without developer support.

Inside the platform

Each country page gives travelers everything they need in one place: visa requirements, pricing breakdown, FAQs, and buttons to request a checklist or speak with an executive. On the backend, the admin panel lets the visa team add a new country, set pricing, upload a checklist PDF, and publish the page live. When a traveler requests a checklist, the system generates the document and sends it to their WhatsApp automatically.
